Gavin’s Paper Accepted in IEEE TC

Many Congratulations to Dr. Guangyan LI (Gavin), for his paper accepted as a regular paper in IEEE Transactions on Computers (IEEE TC). The title of the paper is “High-Radix/Mixed-Radix NTT Multiplication Algorithm/Architecture Co-design over Fermat Modulus”.
